Your Contribution

  • Administrational tasks including general organisation, HR and legal matters
  • Collaborate with our management team and support them in upcoming challenges
  • Assist in (project) management tasks
  • Further develop and establish existing workflows, structuresand processes by independently gathering information conducting best-practices research

Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience e.g. Management, Law, IT
  • Very good organizational skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to analyse, structure and design complex processes
  • Self-reliant working mode, proactive attitude and pragmatic thinking
  • Innate attention to detail and self-starter mentality
  • Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Scrum Master and Jira/Confluence experience and Project Management experience is a plus
